Digital capture with Sony A57 and Tamron SP 70-300 handheld of Florida Sandhill Crane family with colts 9 weeks old - having been aroused by a strange sound on June 2015. For some strange reason, seeing colts at this stage of development is quite rare to see - even here in Florida ! I was very fortunate to have the rare opportunity of following this family from the time of sitting on the eggs to this point. After this, I never saw them again 8-( ...
