Larry, you posted some comments on my images. So, I decided to take a look at your gallery. I didn't have time to go through all of them but checked out your birds. This is one of my favorites of your birds. Very nice! In Minnesota, it's hard to get a clear shot of an adult with a colt. They often are in tall grass.

Like mother, like daughter, would be a phrase I would use to describe this precious moment, Carol! The chick is watching carefully, in case mother might drop a tidbit its way. What I truly love is that the birds are almost in parallel with the scenic surroundings. Wonderful capture, my friend!
